I help women in midlife, who want to start to feel like themselves again, to achieve a healthy weight, improve energy and sleep and manage menopausal symptoms. I can help you make peace with your body and be your best self.

I had been a beauty and holistic therapist for many years, working in clinic and in education, then I discovered nutritional therapy just when , like you, I'd had enough of faddy diets and just wanted to feel balanced and lose weight for good.
I have been on so many diets that restrict food and only work for a short amount of time, as soon as you go back to eating 'normally' the weight goes back on! I found just making a few diet and lifestyle changes you can start to feel better and more like you used to be.
I studied at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and the Institute for Optimum Nutrition at Diploma and BSc Level. I am a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners, Naturopathic Nutrition Association, and I am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
